We want to get your order to you as quickly as we can. It takes 1-2 days to process your order. Delivery takes an additional 1-7 business days.

We ships only within the United States and affiliated territories that the USPS enlists under the USA. We apologize, IBI Beauty is currently unable to accept orders for delivery to international addresses outside of the United States.

Easy returns & exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with a ibibeauty.com purchase, please return it for a full refund. We regret that we are unable to refund shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.  All items must be returned within 7 days from date of purchase. Please make sure to include a copy or your invoice for all items returned.

Please note: you are responsible for any shipping fees associated with the return of your merchandise.
